We were so excited! But unfortunately our server was non existent. I would say he was at the table a total of 5 minutes the entire hour and a half we were there. I have been a server for more than 10 years, currently in upscale dining myself. He did not upsell anything, kind of just said “guacamole okay” and ran away. Our busser was incredible! He took our appetizer order after we added 3 more on. 2 of our drinks came out wrong, had to remind him 2 times. Then we asked 3 times for a pink lemonade. At the end he asked if I wanted more sprite, took my glass and never came back with it. Didn’t wish the birthday girl a happy birthday the entire time until we let the gusset, yet again, know. Maybe the host didn’t communicate it, but she definitely wished her a happy birthday ! It was awful service, honestly. The worst I’ve ever had 😵 he wasn’t friendly, didn’t make conversation, just really cold and dry. I could get if it was busy, but your establishment has A TON of support staff, the server should have more than enough time to connect with a guest. Everyone else was amazing and helpful!!! The restaurant was beautiful, food was incredible! However my fiancé (who is a corporate chef for 15 restaurants for the past 12 years) asked to sub out the spaghetti squash and was told “you can’t really do that, it’s a garnish” it was in fact not a garnish, but apart of the meal itself. He didn’t send his plate back so he ate half of my dish and the appetizers along with the shrimp. Almost $400 check, we almost never get to enjoy any weekend nights out, and we were all very disappointed with service. Won’t name drop fully but I believe in the power of reviews. Name starts with “E” last name starts with “S” way to go on everything else!!!!
