Celebrate Valentine's Day with us at Pasque with a 4 course prix fixe menu for $125 per person. Our nature-based cuisine weaves flavors and aromas with a distinct sense of place. Each ingredient is selected from partners who share Pasque’s values of quality and integrity. Every experience at Pasque is rooted in taste, depth, and discovery. Great service at Pasque. We went upstairs for a drink and to check out Stellar Jay afterwards; the bartenders were so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Hipster male bartenders with horrible attitudes. SJ should definitely fix that!

My apologies for you not being sat immediately . When speaking with our staff member it seems that there may have been a misunderstanding. As we have many guests who come to look at the design of the hotel he was simply suggesting that perhaps you may enjoy a look through of the space while your guests arrive. By no mean was he refusing service. We apologize the misunderstanding and inconvenience this may have caused.

Absolutely, hands down, no doubt about it, fly me to the moon, pie in the sky, this was the best meal and service I’ve had in Denver. High end dining experience with the delightfully warm and highly skilled Brandon serving. A memorable birthday dinner that we will not forget. Be back soon!

Absolutely stunning restaurant and building. The cocktails were fantastic and there were some truly stellar menu items such as the beignets (more like fritters), carrots, and desserts (especially the sunchoke brulee). Some of the other items were not as strong (the crab soup was too salty and the squash had a bitter herb component that was odd). Overall, definitely recommend! An elegant night out!

Nice easy going breakfast place. They do not require reservations for breakfast and rarely for lunch. My server, Miguel U was nice and efficient. He gave me plenty of time to make my selections. I ordered a hot matcha latte from the Little Owl Coffee bar nearby. He brought over a small stoneware beaker of simple syrup to sweeten my latte. I got the Scrambled Toast with veggies & scrambled egg on sourdough toast and an Icelandic style Skyr yogurt with granola. I will be back to try other items including lunch.

All of these 4-5 star reviews are fake and/or paid for. If I could give this place a zero, I would. We booked this for NYE with high hopes and really wanted to like it. I booked the reservation a month out. They cancelled my reservation two weeks later and messaged me saying that I needed to rebook and put a $100/person deposit down with a 20% tip for a special curated four course meal. We were looking forward to checking this place out for the holiday, so we put the deposit down. A week before, they messaged me again saying that they weren’t having this special menu anymore and instead they’re doing an a la carte menu. I should’ve known then to steer clear of this place because they were clearly disorganized and had no plan or vision. Once we actually got to dinner, all of the food was either very weird tasting or completely bland with teeny tiny portions for the cost, not that you’d want anything to go. We ordered sides, apps, main entrees and even dessert. They say they’re going for “simplicity” but it felt like they were trying too hard and ultimately failed horribly. None of it was more than tolerable at best. We barely ate the food and didn’t take anything to go. At the end of the meal, we were surprised to get a bill without a credit since we already paid for our meal in advance. The manager came over saying that we were refunded. We showed him that we were not refunded just charged. He then said we weren’t refunded yet, but would be soon. We expressed how displeased we were with the meal and the back and forth prior to the reservation that had led us to this point of needing to pay for this horrible meal a second time. The manager admitted that their actions were silly but didn’t even bother to apologize for the horrible experience or offer any type of resolution. Horrible food and experience for way too much money. This place is extremely overpriced. There are much better places you can eat for this price or for way less..

Upon the last message we left you, we provided the opportunity to move your reservation to our rooftop restaurant where a four-course dinner was offered, and it was declined. Upon suggestion from guests, we made the decision to provide varied dining options for NYE as it would allow for more guests to enjoy the hotel. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In regards to your refund it was communicated that it would take 7-10 business days. We would have loved to improve your dining experience with us, when the displeasure was caused by the any of the culinary options. However, upon check ins from staff no feedback was offered. An elevated guest experience is our number one priority, and we do apologize for not having received it last night.
