I had an incredible first experience at Passerella. Everything about the place was delightful. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious, including the desserts. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and will go there again.

We were seated on-time for our reservation. The waitress arrived 10min after we were seated to take our drink orders. The non-alcoholic drinks arrived 5min later. The martini may have never arrived had I not grabbed the manager after 20min. My daughters’ meals arrived quickly after ordering, however my meal arrived 15min after theirs. The risotto was saturated in salt & overcooked. The duck breast was tiny & overcooked. The blackberry “gastrique” either came from a jar of preserves or sat in Tupperware for far too long. First, and last meal at Passerella.

The service is great. It’s a differentiator. Cordial staff. Manager, Bar Staff, Waiters (and even the chef :)), all focus on hospitality and delivering a great experience. It’s one of our go to’s, locally , for Italian/grill entrees with a cocktail/wine type of experience close to home.

Excellent service, not only our server was attentive but so did other servers. All was a team effort. Food was delicious n was prepared promptly. We will recommend this restaurant to all our friends.

Great food and ambiance. Appetizers, lobster bisque and lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs were cooked and presented perfectly.

The first time we came here the food was totally amazing. This is the second time. I don’t know if because it was New Year’s Eve or not the food was terrible the chef he’s a wonderful man. He came out and he counted all three dinners. I would definitely go back there I do like the atmosphere and he did make it worth our while to try to come back one day the people they are very nice, but the chef is the reason I would go back there not for any other one. The service was just fair. The waiter didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He got a little bit irritated because my soup was cold, and I asked him to reheat it

Excellent food, well prepared and plated properly. The lobster bisque and crispy skin salmon are excellent. The lasagna is also very tasty but beware it’s huge! The relaxed ambience of the dining room is well appreciated - lively but quiet enough for conversation. The only negatives are (1) parking is difficult to find at Towne Lake, and (2) service was disappointing. It seemed that our waitress was poorly trained and a bit clueless. For example: Who would serve soup without spoons? Why did the customer have to repeatedly request bread (THREE times)? Who asks "how would you like your salmon cooked?" (really? it's fish, not a slab of beef -- there's only one proper temperature). Overall, great restaurant but waitstaff knowledge could be improved. Past service was excellent, but this time it was barely adequate.

The place inside was excellent; the food was not as much as I expected, but the waitress was super friendly and made us feel welcome Unlike the host, who, even though I made the reservation within 5 days before, initially suggested that I wait for my table. Thank god someone else came along and helped us. I told her how she made me feel, and she dismissed what I told her In the end, I do believe that set the tone for our experience

Beware, scammer server!! Check your credit card statements. Went here on Christmas Eve, the bill was $84.25. Decided to leave a cash tip of $30 (~35%) Wrote cash tip on the receipt and signed it. Looked at my statement and the server added another $14 tip herself, bringing the total tip to $44 or 52%. Her name is Sophie. Talked to the restaurant, and after they looked into it, they refund the added $14. After I explained how ridiculous this is and repeated how much of a tip I left because it was Christmas Eve since I appreciated the staff being there and then the total tip Sophie felt entitled to, Doug, who I spoke with, offered to refund the total bill, but I refused. Not the point…they employ a scammer, her name is Sophie, just to repeat that again. Check your receipt, especially if you get Sophie as your server!! Merry Christmas to me! Guess that’s what I get for being generous and leaving cash. 🤷🏽‍♂️
