TL/DR The prices have stayed the same but the amount of food has decreased. The service was confused and inconsistent. Made us sit in a basement masquerading as a "private dining room".
We ordered the charcuterie board equivalent and there was not very much on it, despite only recently it came with panne fritto and far more meats on it for the same amount of money.
The service was poor because I booked in advance, requesting a window-side table for a special occasion, but was then only contacted a few hours before the booking to be told that the table I requested was not available, and in fact, I would be seated in the basement downstairs - the complete opposite of what I had asked for. It was too late to change the booking to somewhere else.
On the night, we were offered stuffed zucchini flowers as one of the special entrees by one of the waiters. I ordered this along with the abovementioned charcuterie/salumi platter. The zucchini flowers never came and our pastas were delivered instead. When I asked, another waiter told me they had sold out far earlier. We were not advised of this.
When we then ordered two glasses of the chianti, they only brought us one. We didn't have any special dietary requirements or anything like that, so I am not sure what was so confusing. It was meant to be a special night but ended up feeling like a shambles and we were just pushed into a dark box downstairs because they had booked the upper floor for a larger group booking/party. Surely they would have known about a booking of this size in advance and could have advised their other patrons with special seating requests earlier than the day of their booking. Very disappointing.
