    Paul Martin’s weekday lunch specials are delicious, generous portions of many different dishes. Sandwiches, salads, entrees, all at reasonable prices.

    Dinner at Paul Martin's. Service was exceptional. Our waitress went into the kitchen to check on the consistency of a sauce before we ordered a particular dish. Cocktails were excellent. Food was excellent specifically the chicken parm and the butter cake for dessert. Only slight complaint was the background music which a little too rock and roll for my taste at dinner.

    We had a nice evening with good food and service celebrating two birthdays. Everyone enjoy their respective meals. I ventured out with the halibut and wasn’t disappointed. Enjoyed both the cheesecake and tiramisu with our meals.

    We went in for an early Sunday dinner. The place was the prefect escape from the crowds outside. Food was tasty, high quality, and well prepared. The service was excellent.

    Always dependable and delivers a fun dinning experience. Fanny our server was attentive but not intrusive. She understood we were tight on time. Nothing seemed rushed. This is why Paul Martin’s American Grill Irvine Spectrum continues to be my ‘go to’ place for both business and pleasure.

    Not sure we’ll go back. Server did not bring out the food together. He made a mistake on the order brought me out a ribeye. I ordered the fillet. The manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill. However, my wife finished her meal before mine was delivered. Food was good, but certainly ruined a good night out with the poor service.

    Service was gracious and attentive. We sat in the dining room next to the open bar. The music was loud and inappropriate for dining. Nice presentation on the halibut entree which was nicely prepared; asparagus was a little fibrous. I was disappointed the menu no longer offers prime rib. I used to look forward to it. The tiramisu was excellent.
