One of the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred chefs, Yannick Alléno, will be joined by the highly acclaimed Chet Sharma, chef-patron of the multi-award-winning Bibi. Together, they will craft an exceptional six-course menu, reimagining some of their most iconic dishes in an unforgettable collaboration behind the counter.

The food was delicious — unusual flavour combinations and beautifully served. The shiso sauce with the lamb was inspired. The comté-celeriac soufflé very tasty and interesting. Menu options were plentiful — from a la carte to set menus. Portions are small, but then we did not leave stuffed to the gills, which was also absolutely fine. The service was delightful — attentive but "human" (i.e., not contrived or too formal). Wine prices were exorbitant (!), but there were a couple of affordable things on the menu, and we were not pressured. So why only three stars? Well... it turns out that Friday and Saturday evenings are the "disco nights" (my words, not theirs). Despite very pleasant conversations with management and serving staff, this is the vibe that the chef wants to cultivate. The problem is: you can't hear the person sitting next to you, while the food in your stomach is bouncing along to "I will survive." Well, just barely. When you go for a lovely meal out with old friends at the Four Seasons in a beautifully decorated dining room., this really isn't what you want or expect. Fine for a lounge, but then put the music in the lounge and let it "spill out" into the dining room if that's the vibe you want. I started berating myself for turning into an old ****, but realised that this wasn't the experience I'd have wanted when I was 20 either. In short, I would NOT go back on a Friday or Saturday night (and I told the management that). Frankly, the loud music *ruined* the evening. I would, however, consider it lovely place for a nice lunch.

The food was excellent - great flavours, very well-presented. Good choices. The service was efficient and effective, but not cold: all of the servers were lively, cheerful, and often funny. The decor is a little cold but not off-putting.

This was a huge waste of money. It was booked as a special treat dinner and we were buzzing on arrival at the Four Seasons. It then proceeded to be a disappointment. We had to ask to be given a table rather than sitting at the bar which we found strange. The seating was far too low, my partner who is not an unusual height at 6ft1 found his chair was really uncomfortable. The cost of the dining experience was not matched by the quality of food received. All you could taste in the starters was eggy mayonnaise. The beautifully cooked fish mains were otherwise bland. I do have to say the truffle mash, the avocado and rice side dish and the poached pear dessert were delicious but these were not really enough to justify the cost. The only good thing about the experience was our lovely server but she really stood out. Actually quite annoyed about this, and will definitely not be back!

We had the 6-course tasting menu, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every course was simply perfect, and the wine selection was fantastic. The desserts deserve a special mention, as I don't have a sweet tooth and thought they were superb. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that the service could certainly be improved. It took a long time to receive the menus and drinks, they completely forgot the wine list, and they didn't notice empty glasses — despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Everything else was so outstanding that this didn’t spoil the experience, but these are details you’d expect a restaurant of this caliber to handle with ease.

Such a wonderful lunch today and lovely special touches for my parents’ golden wedding anniversary. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive.

We had a Christmas Eve preset menu. The chicken in main course was the weak link but overall the rest of the dish and other courses were really good, as was the overall service and experience.

Not at all deserving of a Michelin star. No harmony, not balanced, no synergy between ingredients, falls flat. Loud cheap club music. Inappropriate atmosphere, not matching decor.
