                                                It’s an experience on all the best ways. The room is beautifully decorated with a very talented harp player. I highly recommend the afternoon tea. The food is delicious and the tea is spot on.

                                                They kept the doors open to load Christmas decorations resulting in absolutely frigid temperatures. We needed to keep our coats on. We asked them if they could keep the doors closed and they said no they needed to do what they were doing. The service was unbelievably slow. We had to ask multiple times for our drink order. The mushroom bisque was lukewarm. The hostess could not find my reservation even after I showed her my confirmation text and did not apologize or reconfirm that I was there. We had to flag people down twice to get the check. They just didn’t seem to care that we were there. The salads were good although the spring greens had huge leaves making it hard to eat. Very disappointed overall.

                                                Beautiful location, excellent waitstaff and delicious and well-presented food. We were here to celebrate an anniversary, and the lobby setting with the beautiful lighting and lovely bar as a backdrop to the lobby restaurant was perfect. Increasingly it is hard to find restaurant and bar locations where you can actually talk at a normal level and be heard without straining. Highly recommend for a night out on the town.
