The newly reopened and renovated Pedro’s Cocina & Cocktails is a contemporary reflection of Pedro's, where the cuisine, atmosphere, and energy of Mexico City and the coastline are brought to life in Los Gatos. We offer a true maiz to table experience with a menu that celebrates today while paying homage to yesterday, by Chef Julio Aguilera (Saison, Copas, La Urbana), alongside playful agave-forward cocktails, in a breezy, coastal-Mexico inspired, reimagined space by John Sofio of BUILT INC (Delilah, Poppy).

We are proud to be a generational community staple and a leader in the South Bay’s dining scene for over 50 years.

First time in since remodel. Very nice decor. Ordered fajitas. Very spicy. Service was slow. Waited 5-10 minutes just to order drinks. A non alcoholic drink took twice as long as other drinks. Server rarely came by. Had to wave someone fine to get water. Tiny glasses for water. We were told to leave because close at 830. Walked towards door and many people still in other parts of restaurant. Pretty disappointed, when in town I liked coming here. Also prices higher than before

As it got busier it was harder to find the waiter. We needed more chips and another soft drink. We were asked if we wanted salsa chips and guacamole. We were presented with a larger sized guacamole, we only wanted a smaller size like before. Didn’t know there were two sizes. I ordered the tostada appetizer for $22.00. Too expensive for what I received. Didn’t taste that great either. I would have gotten a better deal at Taco Bell. It’s the little things that make the difference.

Eh. It’s not as good as the Santa Clara location. Bland food, bland salsa. Very expensive.

Love the updated decor! Went for lunch mid week with a party of four. The food was good, but not outstanding (at least not what we ordered). The exception was the guacamole that was interestingly tasty. Also must say the service was a bit spotty. Meals didn’t come out together, but about five minutes apart, and we had to remind the server about a beverage order twice, so it came at the end of the meal. Who knows, they may have been short handed that day? I would go again and try ordering something else on the menu.

The food was fantastic! Had the steak fajitas, delicious. Chips and salsas were great too! Our Food server was wonderful! Give Leslie H. a raise! Great customer service!
