We were drawn to Pella Signature by its outstanding design and elegant ambiance. The attention to detail in the decor is impressive and creates a sophisticated, inviting space. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, which made us wonder why—especially since the restaurant next door, Cooper’s Hawk, was bustling with diners. Our experience gave us some clues. We ordered the olive focaccia as an appetizer and chose the grouper steak and lamb shish kebab for our main dishes. Unfortunately, the service was poorly timed—our main courses arrived so quickly that the appetizer never made it to the table. As for the food, the lamb dish came with cold couscous, which seemed odd. If that’s how it’s intended to be served, it wasn’t communicated or presented well. The grouper steak was flavorful and cooked nicely, but sadly, I felt unwell later in the evening, which left a negative impression. Overall, while the restaurant’s design is stunning, the lack of patrons and our disappointing dining experience raised concerns. Improvements in service, food quality, and execution are necessary to match the potential of such a beautiful space.

Excellent. Best Restaurant in the area. 4 different entrees all were great. Enclosed outdoor area very warm and lively. If desire quieter dining, ask to be inside.

First time dining here. We sat in the Atrium Room. The restaurant and bars are stunning. Drinks and ambiance were wonderful. We met another couple here and ordered the saganaki and grilled octopus for appetizers and they were outstanding. They don’t serve bread with the saganaki. We had to order it. Wish we knew the when we placed our order bc the cheese was already room temp when the pita bread came and they charged us for the bread, which we thought was odd. For dinner, the lamb chops were outstanding. I ordered the grouper on the server’s recommendation and felt it was overcooked and had way too much artichoke mousse. Lobster pasta lacked seasoning. I think next time we go, it will be for drinks and apps. We felt it was pricey compared to the so-so dinner entrees my friend and I had. Great place for a large group. Valet parking was very convenient as well.

This restaurant was beautiful from the moment we walked in. The seating area is huge with a large bar area right in front. We were taken to the very back of the restaurant to be seated in a beautiful atrium area with glass windows all around. The service was impeccable! Food was delicious, saganaki and Octopus for appetizers Sea Bass and lamb chops for dinner. Our drinks were also very good with little wait time. We will definitely be back!

We are vegetarians. They had hardly any dish to serve. Also when we requested for additional friends, it was denied for our time slot. When we reached the restaurant; it was half empty! It is a loss to them but half of our friends could not join.
