I came here for Christmas Eve dinner with my family. We were seeing a movie later that evening a Penn Square and thought this would be fun and convenient. Unfortunately, what transpired here last night was awful. We were greeted and sat immediately in a booth. However, there was a large group of adult men seated at a bigger table near the bar who were being incredibly loud, vulgar and using profanity every other word. We let this go on for 10-15 minutes hoping they would settle down and that the restaurant staff would get them under control. When it became too much for us to handle, as it was simply uncomfortable to sit there and be bombarded with their crudeness, we asked our waiter to have his manager speak with them to settle down. We were then told, they are OKC Firefighters and they are here every Christmas Eve. What?!?! So that behavior is just accepted because they are firefighters and act like this every day. I then walked over to their table to ask them myself to please settle down or possibly move the party to a bar where that behavior would be acceptable. They were incredibly rude to me and my family. I found the manager as she was watching me try to confront them respectfully. I pulled her aside and told her their behavior was ruining our dinner. She said they same line our waiter did, “ the are OKC firefighters and they are here every year”. I told her I wanted her to speak to them and get things settled down. She had zero authority as a manager. She meekly said something to them but they only got more rowdy. We ended up leaving half our food on our plates as we no longer had an appetite. I am extremely dissatisfied with experience and I hope no one else has to experience this. Thank you, Pepperoni Grill, for writing off our concerns and making it clear that you do not value your customers or their experience. I will not be dining at your establishment ever again and I hope for those of you reading this, you’ll think twice as well.
