Pera derives its name from an elegant neighborhood in Istanbul that has served as the melting pot for many cultures and cuisines since the 17th century. Pera features numerous mezes, specially prepared and marinated cuts of grilled meats and seafood, traditional and modern Mediterranean side dishes and regional breads baked a la minute.

Live Music by Pera Jazz Trio featuring Chiara Izzi, Midnight Champagne Toast, Party Favors and lots of fun!     Overall good but our three apps came out before our drinks. The timing was way off and we had to tell the server to SLOW it down. The vege entree was a two star - like paying over $20 for a bowl of grains - hardly any veges. They need to work on a dish that highlights great veges - the Greek and Caesar salad were great, as was the articoke-fava dish.

    Great place. Everything was excellent. Lamb dishes, fish and apps were perfectly done. Very nice vibe.

    Great atmosphere and wine and red sangria. Enjoyed the food. They close kitchen around 9pm during the week. We’d come again.

    The service left much to be desired. I informed the waiter that one of my party members had seafood allergies and wanted to confirm that the platter we ordered would be safe. His response was dismissive, stating that what they had was what the chef would provide. I had to firmly insist that we could not have any seafood served. Additionally, he seemed to be rushing us throughout the meal, which added to our dissatisfaction. I won't be returning.

    Perfectly situated with in walkong distance from our offices, my guest and I had a productive meeting with timely served and well-crafted cocktails, including a tasty share-able Mezze appetizer- we’ll be back!

    Adana Kebab and service good, but we didn’t like the hard chips with the Mezze nor the smoked eggplant, stretched with mostly yogurt (jajik). Had to order pita separately.

    We had a wonderful time dinning here on thanksgiving. Food was fantastic. We got the eggplant appetizer, the butternut squash soup and their signature ground lamb appetizer. The lamb was my least favorite because it was just too gamy for me. I’m middle eastern and eat a lot of ground beef like that but this one just wasn’t one i would ever order again. For dinner i got the bone in fillet which was also wonderful. We had the chocolate baklava and it was delicious. Definitely a great restaurant. I had the Aegean margarita, so delicious.
