This is a newer dining space at the Bellevue Hotel. Space is small with tables only going down one wall. Decor is very pretty and there is a small bar. Service was excellent, not a large selection of food choices for an entree. I had salmon, my husband had a steak, both were cooked well and very good. They add an 18% gratuity to the bill. We also ate there for breakfast it was a buffet for $42 a person, again service was excellent but nothing special about the food, just normal breakfast fare.

If you’re looking for brunch, this isn’t your spot. Having dined at XIX for brunch in the past, I was expecting a similar experience but this was not similar in any way to previous offerings. Pergola is in a beautiful spot and is well decorated and comfortable but offers only a fairly standard buffet breakfast experience for an exorbitant price. While the food was good, be certain you look at the menu before you go so you know what to expect.

It’s a new restaurant, so I’ll be gentle. it just seems like they were understaffed. They had a couple large parties and it just seemed like the smaller parties got lost in the dust. The food was mediocre, tbh. Nothing amazing. It’s a beautiful restaurant, a beautiful setting. That, along with our server, are saving this review. Despite what I said about the service, our server was phenomenal. He was such a sweetheart. I honestly think he was just overwhelmed. He seemed young, but incredibly professional. Amazing. I wish I had gotten his name.

I don’t know if they were closing or opening. It was very empty. When I arrived there was no one to seat me immediately, I almost assumed to seat myself. After about 10 minutes someone asked did I need help because I was recording for content. The food was ok. The chicken bites didn’t taste seasoned at all. The salad and salmon was good. Maybe they’re still adjusting to opening. My experience was fair, It’s a beautiful restaurant maybe I’ll try again in a few months.

Beautiful new restaurant and amazing food! The staff was very polite and well versed on their menu. Definitely coming back again!

I went for breakfast and I had a terrible experience. They didn’t have anything ready and the servers didn’t know anything and were slow. They breakfast buffet is $42/person but there wasn’t enough food to warrant that price. They didn’t even have cream cheese for bagels!

Not sure if they were unprepared that day due to opening pretty recently, but 4 of us came in for a quick lunch at noon before a show next door. I had heard great things of the rooftop bar XIX that was there previously so we gave it a shot. We were the only people in the restaurant it took quite a long time for them to come over when with waters. Drinks and food were good, but very expensive for how little we got (soup, little bites) also tip was included, which caused some confusion and we almost highly overpaid. It’s very pretty inside and comfy chairs. Waiters were very nice but seemed a little unprepared. Overall there were nice things but unfortunately we won’t be rushing back. Maybe they just need some time!
