P A M P A S After a hugely successful reopening at Peru Perdu last night and a good looking diary for the next few weeks, we wanted to reintroduce you to our new private dining concept PAMPAS where the Martini trolley comes to you 💕 This secret room behind the wine shelf at Peru Perdu is now home to a beautiful pink private space offering you the most incredible dining concept. Assado cooking of grass-fed, certified natural beef, cared for by Uruguayan gauchos using traditional husbandry techniques at the heart of Uruguayan culture & Peruvian cuisine. At PAMPAS we cook all our natural beef over charcoal to echo the traditional Assado feasting style. Select your super cuts of choice from a beef board and have it sliced at the table for you. Great food and service and as a Peruvian I loved the salmon ceviche, despite not being entirely “traditional” as I saw others claim, it was one of the most interesting combinations of flavours I’ve had in a ceviche.

Great food and good choice. Staff welcoming, helpful and efficient. It was very quiet the night we went so the noise levels were not too bad which was good.

Everything was so good. We had the Empanadas to start, amazing chimi dip and for our mains, Rib Eye Steak, which melted in your mouth! We also had the buttermilk chicken burger, which was fabulous. Service was also amazing. Thanks, Rob. We'll be back for sure.
