The world famous Peter Luger Steak House from Brooklyn, NY is serving their signature USDA Prime dry aged beef at Caesars Palace Las Vegas!

Opened in 1887, Peter Luger Steak House has become a culinary, historical and cultural landmark in the heart of Williamsburg. Serving only the finest USDA Prime Beef, Peter Luger has been honored with numerous awards for over 30 years including America’s Best Steak. The restaurant is family owned and operated, and all beef is hand-selected by a member of the family before being dry-aged on site.

Peter Luger in Las Vegas at Caesar’s Palace was amazing. We ordered the wedge salad, the steak for two, and the German potatoes. Everything was incredible and so fresh. The steak was cooked a perfect medium and was more than enough for two people. Our server Kevin was very professional and nice, as was Roque who took our drink order. This was my second time there and my Mom’s first time, and she loved it too.

One of the great steaks! The german potatoes, bacon and chocolate mousse were delicious and fun! Giovanni , our waiter, was easygoing, nice, and brought our food exactly when we wanted it. Enjoy!

Steak Undercooked and under salted. Reserved for a birthday celebration dinner. Was awkward when the server just came out with just the check.

Neither New Yorkers, patrons are both the Williamsburg and great neck restaurants for over 50 years. I’ve never had a meal where my steak was improperly prepared with the product quality was below Peter Lugar standards until last night. The service was on par with New York. Hi, could not recommend this restaurant to anyone after my experience last evening. Surprisingly, management was distant and unavailable… The diametric opposite of what would’ve happened in New York. If this is an own location, you need management trained, if it’s a franchise, they are diminishing your brand.

Service was subpar given reputation of brand. - 1 appetizer was incorrect - too much time between appetizer and main course served - too much time between main course and server return (who didn't return) to get check.
