P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok™ food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang’s chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using wholesome, fresh ingredients.

With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang’s now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrées, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

The food was very good. The ribs were outstanding as were the fried pork dumplings. We also had the pork fried rice & honey chicken , both quite tasty. We had the local beer and enjoyed it. The restaurant is part of a big shopping center & movie house & 99% of the people there were locals. As tourists, we took a cab there from our hotel but couldn’t get a cab back! The restaurant staff called about 4 times and finally, 40 minutes later, we got a cab.

A nice alternative to the crowded places in Noord. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and very hot.

Excellent meal. Each dish was served piping hot and was very tasty. Each flavor was distinct. Our waitress was personable and gave great advice on quantity to be ordered.

I always enjoy having lunch or dinner at PF Chang's in Aruba. The menu is varied, with plenty of vegetables and good service.

The service was very nice They Mongolian beef was ok. The Singapore Street Noodles with a curry sauce…. The “sauce”was only curry powder. Not good.

Delicious food. Good service and ambiance for a Chinese food restaurant. Impossible to get a cab home from there.
