We were very disappointed that the sauce which came with the steamed dumplings appetizer has been changed significantly. Is way too spicy. Even the meat on the Mongolian Beef was not as tasty. Also, we used to be able to get sweet and sour pork even though not on menu, but now can’t. Whoever changed the menu’s and recipes should reconsider to avoid reduction in business. Thanks.

We had a really early dinner, 4 PM reservation on a Monday. When we arrived, there were no customers and no one at the hostess stand, we were unsure if they were even open, despite our online reservation. Eventually a member of the wait staff greeted and seated us. Once we were settled, I was surprised that there were unbused tables, the floor was kinda dirty, and a trip to the bathroom showed more of the same, paper towels on the floor, etc. Also, btw, there is a door in the ladies bathroom that is broken. The food was good, and our waitress was ok. I'm not sure if we caught them on an off day, or after an especially busy lunch shift. The lack of focus on keeping the restaurant clean made me not want to come back.

Jack at the checkin desk provided terrible service, keeping us waiting for an HOUR after our reservation time. Jack told us twice we would be the second group to be seated, only to have 3 groups in front of us seated both times. His partner at the checkin desk finally told us we weren't on the list of people they were seating because we used Open Table. When Jack FINALLY seated us, it was at a table that had more garbage under the table from the previous family with young kids than I have ever seen. Jack then complained to us, telling us if we would just let him bus the tables and clean the floors, he could get us seated faster. Terrible exerience.

The sushi roll I asked for without vegetable came with it instead. It just didn’t taste good at all. We complained but all he said was sorry.

PF Chang was great. But they never received our reservation through open table, so we needed to wait while they set one up. Had we been a half hour later there would not have been as by seating for our group.

We were seated right away and were provided fantastic service. They definitely made sure they were staffed for the Valentine’s Day rush.

Our waiter was Zach who was attentive, kind and personable. He paid attention to the details and took care of our every need while we were there. We enjoyed our meal as well. Will definitely go back. I

Our server Max was amazing. Attentive and available and very upbeat. The food was disappointing. The green beans (appetizer) were were supposed to be crispy. They were not. The chicken lettuce wraps recipe must have been changed because it didn’t taste the same at all. My miso salmon was overcooked. They were out of brown rice (during the week??). My husband did love the spicy orange chicken. Max also brought out a birthday treat for our daughter which was nice

We had a 6:15 reservation and when we arrived they said it would be an additional 30-45 minutes before we could be seated. Very disappointed since we met friends there for dinner and had to go elsewhere.
