It had been 5 years since my previous visit because of poor service. We decided to try it again, mistakenly, for Valentines. I made reservation a month in advance, we arrived a little early, notified the Front desk and waited for a text the table was ready. 15min later we were escorted to a bar table ! First of all, we do not expect to sit at a bar table unless we are just getting drinks and snacks, secondly these table had been vacant when we arrived, we both refused and informed the hostess we wanted a table. Once seated, our waitress arrived and apparently did not want to be there or wait on our table. It was apparent, in the row of tables we were at, she only waited on us. We ordered drinks and waited to the point we were giving her 5 minutes more before we left, ,,,they finally arrived but again we this attitude. While the meal tasted fine the presentation made it look pre-cooked and re-heated. This will be the last time I eat there.

I love P.F. Chang’s, but I would have to say this particular restaurant was superb!!! Great food great price and the service was amazing

Other than initial start up when they couldn’t seem to recognized we checked in, it was ok. Lettuce wrap not having enough lettuce and taking 3 trips to getting white rice ordered to the table, it was fine.

Restaurant was running around 45 minutes late with reservations but everyone was was helpful, kind, and reassuring. Food and service were great!!

We go to the Easton P.F. Chang's several times a year. Unfortunately, the last 2 visits have been disappointing. This latest visit was the worst. While being seated, our hostess had to clean out the food from under our table, and then get a dry towel for the table because it was soaking wet from being wiped down. Our waiter splashed sauce all over the table and onto my husband's clothing, glasses and phone with no apology. While he was telling us about the new items, food flew out of his mouth and landed on the table. We had the chicken lettuce wraps, and I bit into something on my first bite that felt like it cracked my tooth. It was hard and plastic. The Chang's spicy chicken, which I have every time we go, was so spicy, it wasn't edible. At the end of the meal, our waiter mentioned how the food has gone downhill. Overall, the visit was nauseating, and we will not be back. Very sad and disappointed.

The restaurant was not busy during our lunch. It took quite a while to get drinks, and that was a glass of wine. Other restaurants will separate and share appetizer prices, and this one was unable to for some reason I just remember the food being better the last time I was at P.F. Chang’s I was a bit disappointed this time.
