P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s is the first multi-unit restaurant concept in the U.S. to honour and celebrate the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the center of the guest experience. Since inception, P.F. Chang’s chefs have been hand-rolling dim sum, hand chopping and slicing all vegetables and meats, scratch cooking every sauce and wok-cooking each dish, every day in every restaurant.

There were three people in our party and we each had a different lunch chicken dish and we each found the food was very bland, and lacking any flavour.

There were 10 of us so we ordered lots of different items. The beef & broccoli is good…honey shrimp is really good…honey chicken is very good…egg drop & wonton soups are good…steamed dumplings are very good…king pao chicken is very spicy…Mongolian beef is very good…chicken strips are good. The Singapore street noodles we weren’t fond of but each to their own. The atmosphere is very nice…our waitress was very experienced….all in all it was a good time & I would recommend
