It had been a very long time since I had been at PF Chang's. I was disappointed in some changes they have made and disappointed in service. We had sat at our table for about 10 min before anyone acknowledged us. We ordered a bottle of chardonnay and the server just left it on the table with no cooling sleeve. Perhaps PF Chang's isn't high quality enough anymore for this service? However, our local dive bar even gives us a sleeve. I was disappointed to get the lettuce wraps and they no longer make the sauce table side. It came with a peanut sauce instead and after we had them for about 15 min the server finally walked by our table so I could ask for some spicy sauce (and it wasn't a walk by to check on us). Overall I'd say changes to the menu and our service from the server we likely won't be back. Which is a bummer.

Excellent service with a smile. Enjoyed their Mongolian beef lunch special. Had a great ocean view sitting in a window booth. PF Chang’s reward program is always appreciated.

We enjoyed our dining experience. The food was tasty and the service was very good, except for the appetizer coming out after our entree, due to a mixup. We enjoyed our usual items, shrimp dumpling appetizer, Mongolian beef, chang’s spicy chicken, and sesame chicken. Lunch bowls provided good value.

Disappointing Experience in Newport Beach Compared to Fort Myers I recently had the same dish at two different locations—one in Fort Myers, FL, and the other in Newport Beach, CA. The difference in quality was shocking. In Fort Myers, the dish was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, in Newport Beach, it was a complete disappointment. The food lacked flavor, the ingredients didn’t seem as fresh, and the overall execution was poor. Not only was the main dish subpar, but everything from the appetizers to the dessert fell short. The quality in Newport Beach just wasn’t up to par with what I experienced in Fort Myers. Given the reputation and location, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend the Newport Beach location if you’re looking for great food.

Soup, appetizer and entree all served at the same time .. an entree should come when you’ve finished appetizers!! food was pretty bland- the beef lu mein was tough and overcooked. server tried to charge us for the full price rather than the special menu price. Overall not great.

No better place to dine on a rainy California day. Soup and tea served piping hot by a server with a smile…it was simply “the best”

Great server good food but……had reservations for 4:30 and arrive early at 3:55. The restaurant was not busy. The woman seating people said she could not seat us till after 4:00 because it was “shift change”. So we waited……with numerous empty tables and only 2 people at the bar. Two other couples came in and when they could not be seated because of “shift change”, they left. We waited. At a few minutes after 4 we were seated and the food was great and our server was wonderful. The wait was not the end of the world but I’ve never had to wait 10 minutes to be seated in a restaurant with plenty of space available before. Irritating.

Food quality not as good as it used to be to be. Lettuce wraps are served with romaine lettuce now, instead of iceberg lettuce. You don’t get the full flavor. Orange chicken so spicy, couldn’t eat it. Chicken doesn’t seem the same. Lo mein watery. We did have very good service .

The server was very nice and spoke professionally. I enjoyed being on the second floor and looking out the city. The ambience I felt could be a bit better. It was really bright, but that’s to each their own. I thought the ambience was going to be more chill and not so bright was all. The food was good.
