PF Changs is NOT what it used to be. We went for a nice anniversary dinner and saw that it now resembles more of a Chinese Denny's! No ambiance at all, no dress code - even minimal standards. We were sat between 4 people who looked like they were fresh off a pig farm in filthy overalls and a homeless man being fed. Needless to say, we left before getting water. If you're looking for a pit stop meal, this is the place. If you're looking for a nicer place to eat, go somewhere else!

No problem with the reservation, they seated us quickly. Our waitress was great. The food was meh. Some of our dishes arrived cool not hot or warm. The taste was about as good as something I could buy at Trader Joe's.

My first time visiting this location. Food was as expected which is why we decided to go to PFC. Our food arrived and we had to wait several minutes for our plates. Overall, I enjoyed the food and company.

Our service was outstanding. Our waitress (wish I could remember her name) was probably one of the best I have ever had. That’s saying something because we go out to eat a lot and have has some outstanding servers. The atmosphere, other employees such as the hostesses, cleanliness and ambience were great too. Location is perfect. The only concern I have is the last 2 times (within 5 weeks of each other) the food does not seem to have the special quality it used to. I always take what I can’t eat home but I did not this time. I don’t know if it’s different recipes or what. To me it tasted like my food had been heated up from the day before; it did not have that fresh wonderful taste I’m use to getting at PF Changs. It seemed unusual that the restaurant was so empty, it made me feel maybe others are feeling the same way. I’ve always loved PF Changs, I will give it another try in a few weeks. Dessert was excellent!

They have taken the Oolong sea bass off the menu again which is what we eat at PF Chang’s for. Also, very understaffed. Our server was excellent but had way too many tables to keep up. We’re disappointed as we see one of our favorite restaurants declining.

It took forever to get our drinks. We actually received food before our drinks. Then the waitress gave us our check as she brought our food. She must have asked 4 times if the check was ready for her to take while we were eating. It was not busy on a Tuesday night at 8pm. Food was great though.

We love PF Changs but dinner wasn’t nearly as good as in the past. It’s been a while since they stopped serving those excellent desserts in the shot glasses; we still miss them. All our friends agree getting rid of those desserts was a huge mistake. I will give PF Changs another shot but it will be difficult for me to get my husband to go back; it will probably be a girls lunch date.
