    Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to normal standards. We have visited this location numerous times, and this by far was the most disappointing. Our server was very good and did the best he could to make up for it. Also, the restaurant needs a good cleaning. Cobwebs on the lights and above the server stations should be a no-brainer. Completely visible to everyone. We had another reservation here for the middle of December, but due to this experience, we have changed our plans.

    Food is always exceptional at any location we have visited. This time the beef dish was over cooked and very tough. Sent it back and the second time it was only slightly better.

    The downtown location is so fun to visit in the summer months. The big doors/windows open up and it's like you're sitting outside. Food is always great, especially the Ring of Fire sauce (if you like spicy).

    Great food and wait staff. We sat in the patio area and it hadn’t been swept. There was debris under all of the tables. Ick.

    Our waiter was awesome. He was so accommodating and fun. Great waiters make for a great experience. I can’t remember his name, though…sorry.

    Service was good. the food was just mediocre Chinese food. It wasn't served piping hot. I've had better food at other PF Chang locations. The menu was much smaller than other outlets I've been to. Maybe it was because it was Sunday evening but that's no excuse for serving sub par food.

    I was returning after a few years and was happy they were still in business. Sad that the menu is so limited and that the honey walnut shrimp doesn’t have the walnuts or honeydew in them any more. Budget cuts I suppose so I understand. Moo shu pork was gone too. Oh well…great service though!!
