    Casey was amazing! I had an issue with the food and she went over and beyond to make my experience better. The food was amazing too and the new desserts as well.

    Some reason today was not like the usual because I guess I went during closing time almost the firecracker shrimp, which I thought it would be spicy. It turned out to be more on the sweet end.

    Food was good, service wasn't that great. Never got a refill on our iced teas and had to ask for things multiple times, had to flag down the waiter to get refills. They seemed short staffed the waiter looked constantly on the move and the restaurant wasn't that busy.

    Booking at P.F. Chang’s is super easy either go to OpenTable or call them directly like we did to reserve the private room for my daughters birthday and we requested Gabriella to serve us which they did and the food was delicious as usual. Top notch service.  Ai highly recommend the Sugarland location.

    Gaberiala went above and beyond with giving us an exceptional service, she even packed up our leftovers which amazed us with the service minded she was. I would love to have her as my waitress every time I come to eat at P.F. Chang’s. She deserves to be in management position when it comes to service and hospitality. She has a friendly demeanor. When it comes to the food, Pf Chang has the best Chinese food.

    The quality of food has declined. We ordered fried rice, Mongolian beef, ribs, chicken wraps and Singapore noodles. None of these dishes were outstanding they were decent though. Honestly a trip to Panda Express would have been better and less expensive. The service was amazing.

    We realized when we got there, that none of us had been to a PF Chang’s in a while, and we left saying we really should go more often! The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and very good. We really enjoyed our meals!
