Good day everyone and happy holidays. I wanted to reach out regarding our dining experience last night, which unfortunately left us very disappointed.
We made a reservation for 6:30 PM at the Falls location. The hostess was polite and seated us promptly, but she did not see our notes from OpenTable, where we specifically requested a booth and asked for the drinks to be served as soon as possible because my wife, kids, and I were celebrating an important occasion.
However, the evening did not go as planned. We ordered our drinks, but our waiter, Anthony, took almost 30 minutes to deliver them. In fact, I had to request my second drink before the first one even arrived due to the delay. By the time the food came, we still hadn't received our drinks.
Frustrated, we asked Anthony to check our OpenTable notes and questioned why the drinks were taking so long. He mentioned that there was a new bartender working who was not performing well. We had to pause our meal to wait for the remaining drinks to arrive so we could continue eating. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.
We requested to speak with a manager, but Anthony informed us that there was no manager on duty. He offered to compensate us for the inconvenience by removing one of the children's drinks, a Coke. After further discussion, we requested to speak to a manager again for additional compensation, given the circumstances. Anthony reiterated that there was no manager available and advised us to reach out for further compensation later.
This experience has left us feeling extremely dissatisfied and was the primary topic of conversation this morning. We look forward to your response regarding this matter and any compensation you could offer for our experience. Thank you.
