On two Saturdays each month, our chef holds court at the Phineas Swann Inn & Spa, creating the Phineas Gourmet - a unique dining experience for both guests staying at the inn and those wishing to experience the atmosphere of the 1880 Victorian home. We affectionately refer to these special Saturday events as "PhinDinn's."
The rotating prix fixe menu always provides diners with a unique and tantalizing experience, with products selected by local producers and loving prepared with care from the chef.
We offer seatings from 5:30p to 8p. Each event is themed to ensure that your evening is as memorable as the meal is delectable.
We are an award-winning Vermont inn, and part of the Vermont Fresh Network, which emphasizes local sourcing of ingredients to ensure an amazing dining experience.

Our indoor dining room offers seating for events up to 30, while our outdoor barn space can seat up to 80 comfortably. With additional tenting provided free of charge, our outdoor seating capacity rises to 125. Our chef will work with your group to provide the perfect menu to suit your guests, including those with special allergies or other needs.

Love this place! Local farm to plate food when possible. Menu protein of grass fed/pasture beef was raised literally up the road where you can drive by and see the cows outside. The chicken was pasture raised in the next town over outside on pasture land. The place is so quaint, love the decor and local goods as well as beverages available. Host and hostess super accommodating as well as the chef. She made sure none of my allergens were in my serving. She also came out and checked in on the guests. Will dine again for sure!
