2nd time visiting seated quickly having booked prior..Food was slow coming out not sure why as not overly busy My daughter is a vegan and previously when we visited the same restaurant she was accommodated..We asked for a dish to be substituted with tofu and was told kitchen couldn't do this, but previously was done? We asked for a second dish again with tofu instead of "this isn't chicken "and again was told not possible? We only returned as the 1st occasion was a great experience and kitchen staff couldn't do enough to accommodate my daughter's vegan diet. This visit was not remotely the same. It's a Shame as not sure we'll be returning again because of this experience what's happened to the Pho dining experience?
I Used the toilets these were disappointing up two flights of stairs, washing facilities were disgusting taps with no levers, were once there but snapped off , no signage on how to open the taps without the levers.I eventually with hands full of soap managed to push tap backwards to release the water but why has no one advised the customers this should be a priority? With only one tap working, out of three there was a queue starting to build up.This is totally not acceptable especially when hand hygiene is paramount and norovirus/covid cases are on the rise I did mention this to a member of staff and was advised it had been reported and was in hand , however this looked like it had been in this state for sometime..
Was not impressed today its was poor and not up to what we would normally expect from Pho sorry, for the price paid £95 this has left a bad taste in our mouths and was definitely not value for money.
