Our very special Four Course New Year's Eve menu includes choice of: Appetizer / Pasta / Main Course / Dessert $79 per person for 5:00PM Reservations (2 hour seating) $99 per person for 5:30PM & Later Reservations (2.5 hour seating) We cant wait to ring in the 2025 NEW YEAR with you!!

Our large party bookings are served our Family Style Menu! This menu includes sharing plates of cheese & charcuterie, appetizers, seafood and salad, pizza & pasta, main courses & dessert. The family style menu is Chef's choice and is composed of our most delicious & most popular items! You are welcome to request any specific dishes upon booking or on the day of. Please let us know in advance if any of your guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, so that we can accommodate them! We ask that all guests arrive promptly at the reservation time (consider traffic & parking) so that you get the best value out of your experience - it is a 3 hour seating!

What a treat to have a Piano Piano location mid town. Had a terrific lunch of Caesar salad and the Fun Guy pizza, which were both fantastic. Service was also wonderful and appreciated the warm welcome and service of the hostess, Josh the waiter and his colleague. It's no wonder that everything was so wonderful as I had no idea that its owners were part of Splendido, which was our go to restaurant for special dinners out years ago. As an aside, the restaurant itself, while nicely appointed gets pretty loud once you fill it up. Makes for difficult cross table conversations. Having said that, happy to go back....

Our office Christmas dinner was held at Piano Piano and it was an amazing. We ordered the family style meal which was an amazing and delicious selection and allowed everyone to enjoy the restaurants menu. Our server was attentive and their enthusiasm for as our platters arrived made us that much more excited to sample what was being brought to us! Thank you for a great evening, we’ll be back.

Dining was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, the inviting ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Soft lighting, tasteful decor, and gentle background music created a setting ideal for both a romantic evening and a celebratory meal. The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and well-versed in the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations without hovering. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely care about providing a memorable experience. Food was excellent!

Food was great however we were just too cold to enjoy the experience. Our table was the 2nd in from the door. Every time the door opened the cold air rushed in. Would go back however far from the door!

Horrible service and management. Had to wait 30 mins to be seated while hearing bunch of bad planning excuses. Never offered to grab our coats or jackets, we had to go to the rack do it ourselves. Management and staff looked lost and unorganized, and certainly under trained.

The food was good but my overall experience was tainted by the hostess of this restaurant. I made a reservation at 5.15pm for the earliest available time, which was 8.30pm. I have four kids and immediately realized 8.30 was too late so called the restaurant right away to try to cancel and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was at my daughter’s Carol service so could not continue to hold. I then called immediately after the service to try to cancel again and was informed very nastily that it was not possible to cancel and I would be charged $25 per person for cancelling. I was spoken to very harshly. Then I asked if we could come any earlier to a curt response of “no”. We then had to wait, with impatient and hungry children, until 8.30 and when we arrived at the restaurant our table was not ready or available and we had to wait at least 15 further minutes to be seated. Although the food was good, my experience was I feel unacceptable and I will not be inclined to think of eating here again as a result.

West at the bar be the entrance. Had a lovely night, but was a little cold with people going in and out of the restaurant
