Our large party bookings are served our Family Style Menu! This menu includes sharing plates of cheese & charcuterie, appetizers, seafood and salad, pizza & pasta, main courses & dessert. The family style menu is Chef's choice and is composed of our most delicious & most popular items! You are welcome to request any specific dishes upon booking or on the day of. Please let us know in advance if any of your guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, so that we can accommodate them! We ask that all guests arrive promptly at the reservation time (consider traffic & parking) so that you get the best value out of your experience - it is a 3 hour seating!

Our food was fantastic however it was possibly the worst service I’ve ever had at an upscale restaurant where one would except fantastic service. It took a very long time for someone to take our order, our cocktails arrived much later than our appetizer, we weren’t offered another drink, our dirty dishes were left in front of us for too long and we had to chase our server down for the cheque. When we gave him feedback that the service was pour, he blamed someone else. We won’t be going back which is a shame because the food was great but the overall experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

Amazing place!! Food is incredible!! The place is a little bit expensive but for the food and the quality of the place it probably is worth it! Definitely recommend coming here!

Service & food were mediocre at best. Not nearly as good as I had remembered. The guys behind the bar were extremely grumpy and did not attempt to hide the fact they wished they were anywhere but there. One of them got irritated when we told him who ordered which drink so he gave them to the right person. Are you kidding?! Our waitress was okay - not very friendly or welcoming but she got the job done. The pastas were so ordinary and disappointing - not restaurant quality. The pizzas were tasty, however, very soggy on the bottom - really ruined it for us. We will not be returning. I’m shocked that Piano Piano is still quite difficult to get a table at. So many better restaurants out there.

The food was good. I found that some selections from the menu were inconsistent in quality compared to my last visit. The service, this time around, was disgraceful. It took way too long for everything. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted drink refills. It’s quite unsettling that a server can just completely disregard the tables that they are responsible for, evidently because they are serving a large party and are seemingly content with that tip-out alone. If that’s they case, simply give the surrounding tables in your section away and focus what you’d like to focus on.

It was my friend’s birthday. The service was so bad. We asked for some items from a person that worked there that wasn’t our server and they seemed super annoyed. We had to keep waiving down the server to come to us. There was no one in the restaurant...

Piano Piano is without a doubt a contender for best restaurant in the city. Order whatever you want - it’s all done beautifully and served without an ounce of pretentiousness. Go. Just go.

We found a metal screw in our pasta. The server handled everything well but no manager came to talk to us. I just couldnt recommend this restaurant anymore though
