Went for my moms birthday and had a blast. Our server Patricia was the best. She remembered my Moms name for her birthday and allowed her to get a bread pudding for her b day dessert instead of the usual tiramisu. We wanted to sit by the fireplace and did so my Mom was really happy.

We love this restaurant, great food and usually great service. This is the second time in a row that our server would disappear for long stretches without any explanation. It turned a birthday celebration a bit sour. I hope they get it figured out.

The new decor is very very nice. Our service was stellar as was our meal. Many good choices for lunch and dinner. The chopped salad and adding chicken is delicious. High rates for the spinach Always love their bread and dipping oil. High rates for the spinach salad too!

Food was fair: raviolis were hard, chicken overcooked. Our server was very overloaded. She was very hard to get. Had to even wait for the bill and then for change!

Piattis used to have great ambiance but the renovations are dull and boring. Also the food - which used to be so great - was actually mediocre. The pasta was overcooked and mushy, the sauce was tasteless, the ravioli tasted like fake lemons. The bread and dipping sauce along with the butternut squash were still delicious but nothing else was up to Piattis usual standard.

We had 2 salads and bread with dipping oil. Both salads were yummy and we ate every morsel. Bread was hot and fresh and the dipping sauce was good and garlicky.
