    I was SO pleased with our visit to Piatti today. I had reserved ahead of time and specified our reason for celebration, and Piatti surprised us with personalized menus for our doctoral graduate! This was such a lovely touch that we will all remember. On top of that, their service was pleasant and quick, and our food arrived quickly! Everything was so tasty, from the sourdough ciabatta to the pepperoni flatbread and the lasagna. All guests were very pleased with their orders. To top it off, the staff made us some absolutely delicious cappuccinos to include with dessert—they were kind enough to provide us with plates and a sparkler for the cake we brought in! This is a truly customer-centered restaurant that focuses on the overall guest experience, and because of this (plus the great food), we will definitely be back. Thank you to the team at Piatti for making today so special for us!

    Our server was great. She was very patient and went above and beyond by recommending a new Alfredo dish which I loved.

    The food was great. The service was average. Definitely did not match up the price we paid. We arrived and waited quite awhile before our server showed up. Took awhile to get our drinks to us. Food came out in a decent time. Waiter seemed not attentive. I asked for a to go box and check. Again, took awhile to get it to us and he completely forgot about the to-go box. This was purely just not paying attention. They were NOT busy. Inside and out there approximately 6 tables of diners. This was my second time there and had the same slow experience last time on a non-busy day.

    Food is not as good as it once was. The place is nice and they have good service.

    Lexia was a fantastic server. We sat outside, the ambiance was quiet, serene and very pleasant. The chicken was amazing!
