    I had only been to Piatti in the Quarry and had been a while. I had family in town staying closer to the one at the Eilan. It was excellent. I wish I got our waiter’s name because he was an excellent r server. He made suggestions to alter some dishes just a little like bolognese on lasagna instead of marinara. He knew the menu very well and you could tell he wasn’t just I like this to get us to order and move on. Overall, all the food was top notch. The Manager was great too. Highly recommend.

    There was an incident at the table next to us where a lady was intoxicated and was yelling and swearing at others at her table. Not Piatti’s fault, but staff was too slow to address it. We also had a reservation for 7:30 on Christmas Eve, and while the restaurant closed at 8pm, we were unable to order dessert. The waitress could have asked us if we wanted to order dessert before the kitchen closed. Great food but horrible experience with the table next to us and mediocre service.

    The restaurant was empty and they gave us a very slow service. Food with little flavor. The cost does not represent the quality of the dishes. The place is very well set.

    The initial service was very slow, perhaps because they were planning a corporate party for later in the evening. The food was good and the service improved. Experience ok but not top notch in terms of hospitality or food.

    Celebrated my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing. Jacob was the sweetest server and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

    We love Piatti.. both locations but this evening we chose Eilian. We were able to be seated in the comfortable sofa/upholstered chair section which was very nice. Our server was really pleasant and attentive throughout the meal and allowed us to move at our pace through a moment with some hot tea followed by their butternut squash soup and a mista salad. We enjoyed their amazing bread and oil/basalmic mix (only ate 1/2 to make sure we could bring the rest home). We settled on the roasted salmon for her, getting asparagus instead of the normal side and I had the flatiron steak and truffled potatoes. Everything from the appetizers to the meal was prepared perfectly and served at just the right time. Great meal, great ambiance (we were around 5:30pm on a Friday night so the crowd wasn’t there yet).

    Excellent service and delicious food. The bread was fresh and the fish entree was delectable. The house Chardonnay was well worth the price. It was a very nice start to our evening.
