Our experience was great. Came at a quiet time (5 PM), but 3 of our party of 5 got there a bit early and 2 almost a half hour late with traffic. No problem for our waiter. Dealt with it very well. Food was excellent. 3 separate checks easily dealt with, all positive!

The experience was disappointing overall. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and when the food finally came, it was cold. Nobody ever came to check on us, so my coffee was never topped up until it was time to pay. It felt like we were being ignored by the staff. On the plus side, the food was tasty, but the poor service overshadowed the experience. Wouldn’t rush back.

The dining experience was fine, but not a restaurant that I would return to. I ordered the white bean soup - cold, a couple of beans, tasted like watered down tomato soup out of a can. My husband ordered the roasted chicken, which was also fine but for $28 he was expecting more than a quartered leg and thigh. The chicken alfredo had 3 small pieces of chicken, the taste was fine. The bolognese was fine. The $50 steak was also fine, but not worth it. The atmosphere was lovely and our waiter was fine. They were able to sit us without a reservation. There wasn't anything terrible about the restaurant but for the amount that we paid, we expect the food to be better than just fine. With so many other options, we won't be returning. It is convenient being located at UV.

Food was great. Love the focaccia bread and meatballs. Our server was really great and he was very enjoyable.

Have gone to Piatti's for many years. Happy to return. The wine is a bit expensive, but all worth it. Nice, timely service, good food.
