Food and ambiance were very good-we loved the crudo, and grilled calamari,enjoyed the pasta and desert.Service was timely and helpful.the experience was very nice and we will return.

This was our 10th visit to Piccola Cucina Upton. We stumbled upon this 2 years ago and every time we visit the city we try to get there for dinner. The food is amazing, the service is even more amazing. You feel like you stopped off in Italy for a few hours. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was amazing! Best pasta in town! The only critique : i dont understand why we are offered the worst table when we have a reservation and there are plenty of other tables?? We asked and were given a different one but honestly could save some aggravation

Small restaurant with amazing atmosphere. I lived in Rome for a period so my standards for Italian food are pretty high. THIS MET THAT LEVEL. The food was authentic and so was the service. The owner (I'm assuming) greeted each party with a "Ciao!" The food was top notch too. We got the Arancini Catanesi to start. Felt like I was back in Trastevere. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and noise level was energetic but not hectic. Would definitely come back during the spring/summer to sit out on the balcony.

Food was average at best. Limited wine selection and options are not good. Only two homemade pastas and neither were good. Service was less than average. We were very disappointed based on ratings. If you like Olive Garden or Carrarabas then it’s for you!
