Unfortunately two guests ordered the lasagna but turned up Luke warm - the tuna was delicious - the lasagnas were replaced with new portions pipping hot.

We enjoyed our experience. Flavia was very good. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal, The only thing we didn’t like was that bread and olives appeared on our table and nobody explained they were chargeable. It’s not a problem to pay, it’s just that if we’d have know it was chargeable, we might not have accepted. This is a bit cheeky from the restaurants side. However when we finished our meal, the manager apologised and explained to us and turned around the experience.

Worst Italian restaurant I’ve been in London My pizza was undercooked, the staff was rude and didn’t listen to our instructions. Overall - unsatisfactory and annoying.

We had booked lunch for the London Restaurant Festival Menu, but the restaurant had no idea what we were talking about about! We stayed and enjoyed our lunch but felt we were there under false pretences. Previous years we have tried and enjoyed different restaurants during October which is the London Restaurant Festival.

Waited a while to be served drinks on arrival. However lovely staff and very helpful once they started serving us
