I made a reservation for NYE at Pickle for 10pm. We showed up on time, and after tracking 3 different people down with our reservation name, we were finally sat and given our drinks. We sat at the table for one hour without a single server coming to our table to take our order or even refill the water. At that point, I go to talk to someone and ask if we can place our order, the waiter looks at me and says "yeah..it's just not gonna happen tonight." He said that to me 3 more times while I pushed and informed him of our reservation time and he continued to tell me half of the staff quit the night before (all the while there were about 20 waiters walking around and serving other tables). I found the manager and he said he'd be right with us. He came to our table to take our order, I let him know what the waiter had said and he said "I'll go check if there's food." He left and was just hanging out at the bar with the other waiters for another 15 minutes. I was so excited to try this place and be there for NYE - they should not have taken any reservations if they could not handle it or at the bare minimum, informed us of the issues and let us know we would not be served instead of sitting there and wasting our evening.

It was the worst dinner i have had in a loooong time. They should fire everyone, close it, work on how to cook and serve and then open it again.

The biggest mistake will be choosing Pickle Restaurant for special occasions. Unprofessional staff and manager. Eager to sell by overbooking. We didn’t have a table ready which I’ve booked a week before for the new year’s eve dinner. Waited to get a table for 30 mins which was very sloppy and then waited another 1 hour to get served but got nothing! Had to leave at the end. RE-ZA-LET!!

The entire meal felt rushed and unorganized, and we genuinely felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. It was a disappointing start to our NYE. I wanted to love this place :( I could never recommend it.

Service was atrocious. We watched two tables walk in and then leave. Took forever for drinks to come out. Asked for bread 10+ times before brought out. Skip the appetizers and go for the main course. The grilled meats may be worth the terrible service. Will chalk it up to challenges around the holidays.

Many of the menu items where not available. The food tasted like it was pre prepared - over done or too dry. It was a sad state of a restaurant that could have an incredible potential. Also, one of the Maitre D was mean to the staff.. it was not pleasant to see! Good luck Pickle Lounge :-(

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was beyond terrible. I booked a large reservation (20+ people) for my birthday celebration weeks in advance, only to endure over three hours consistent frustration and disappointment. We waited over two hours for our food, had water spilled on a guest, missing sides left untouched on another table, and no menus for the first 30-40 minutes. Some guests opted to take their food to go out of sheer desperation. I can’t blame them—I didn’t want to stay either. This was supposed to be a special evening with friends and family, but instead, it was an absolute disaster. I’m deeply upset and urge management to improve—your poor service is ruining once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Management, feel free to reach out to me. TL;DR: Go anywhere else.

Took the family for dinner tonight. Our reservation was for 6 pm. It took some time to get a waiter. Perhaps it was too early for dinner, but why then take a reservation? Now, as a person of Turkish decent, i wanted to leave a good review but I can’t. The food was mediocre at best. Service same as we had to ask for things more than once. The worst part was the 30 dollar valet fee. Now if the food was good ok but?

Ambiance was good, however food was not as expected for the price you pay. There are better Mediterranean restaurants in Miami for a better price.
