    Great service. Our server genuinely wanted to make sure we liked our food and drinks, checked on us often enough, was funny and great with the kids. Always love the food there. High quality and love how scratch-made everything is. Great atmosphere too! I love the simple salad, my fam loves the pizza and meatballs, also love that they have brunch on the weekends.

    Food was good but our pizza took forever. Come to find out they made it wrong. And they said they gave us the employee discount on the meal, but it was only on the pizza.

    Isiash our waiter was great. Love the food….changed my favorite chicken sandwich a bit….so when I got it I was surprised. wish they’d keep it they way they had, or at least let you know

    This restaurant was very accommodating to my reservation of 10 and called me the day before to make sure of any last minute needs I may have. Who does that? 5 stars for that reassurance! We were seated right away and met by a friendly staff. Then our waiter, Josh, saw over our table to perfection. He was amazing! The food was great and I would have given 5 stars but pizzas were soggy, that left us with fork and knife to consume. Even the kids sm plain cheese that when picked up, had cheese falling off leaving a plated mess. They were still delicious though and the varied flavors will have us back. Get the sausage and add ricotta to it! Yum! We’ll just ask for a little longer in the fire next time. The rotisserie bird was not as expected unfortunately, and my guest was disappointed. I suggest rethinking this menu item and its sides. Now, our favorites were the specialty drinks, the bread puffs and meatballs were all delicious! You’ll have the try the donuts too! It was a sweet way to end our meal The manager came to our table twice during our dinner, and checked on our experience. I did not share anything about our minor food concerns because overall the service and other staff, were doing a great job and we really liked most things! I will be back and recommend you give Pie Tap a try! I also encourage reservations for your next celebration! Thanks Pie Tap, for giving your best to our family and guests!

    Josh our server was amazing. I always request him to be our server and you should to. He’s very knowledgeable and has a great vibe. Food was great, I always get the Hot Honey Truffle chicken sandwich. It’s my favorite and huge and can last me days! So glad we have a pie tap in Frisco!

    Very slow service, we made a reservation and were seated at an unusual table with bench seating. The vodka pasta felt very over spiced compared to the other times we’ve visited.

    Our server Sadie was great. The Chicken Parmesan is the best and the pizza and salads are hard to top. You have to try the garlic knots, awesome.
