   I've been here before. The food is basic pedestrian Italian. Old school recipes for an aging crowd who are nostalgic for the good old days. And they deliver on a lot of those good old day vibes. The service is very good and the atmosphere is lively. The portions are robust! Every plate looks as if it for an entire family to share. My big disappointment from last night was the dover sole. I should have known that this was not the place to order it, but the server insisted that it was amazing! The best dover sole he had ever had. It was the worst dover sole I had ever had. Maybe one of the worst fish. You can't tell me it was fresh, never frozen. It had the texture of a previously frozen fish. The sauce on the side was all wrong. The alcohol had not been burned off so it was very strong in wine flavor. Between the texture and flavor it was not enjoyable. I with with a client who loves this place so there was no way I was going to send it back. So I picked at it, leaving most of it behind. Never had a tough chewy dover sole before. I felt so sad for our server that he has never had truly good dover sole and hope he gets to experience it somewhere soon. The rest of the meal was fine. Like I said, not my style, but to the old fat wanna be Saprano guy, it hit the mark.

   We had another great dining experience at Piero's. The food is was excellent and our server had fantastic recommendations. We truly consider this a Vegas must and love coming whenever we come to visit.

   Piero's never disappoints. Consistent quality across the menu, coupled with attentive, present servers are a recipe for success. Will always be on my "must" visit list in Las Vegas.

   A must go to when we are in Las Vegas. Great food, great service, and great ambiance! You have to check out the Monkey Bar.

   Probably my favorite night out for dinner when in town for March Madness. Everything about it. If you like delicious Italian food at a decent price and great service, then you need to give it a shot. It’s a hidden gem

    Absolutely fabulous. One of our favorites when we are in Vegas. We always forget how big the portions are. And so delicious! If you like swordfish - no one does it better.
