Pilsen Yards is a vibrant and lively restaurant in the heart of Pilsen, offering a unique dining experience with its bar-centric and music-driven atmosphere. The open-air vibe and one of the largest patios in the city create a welcoming and inviting space for guests to enjoy delicious Latin-inspired street food and handcrafted cocktails. Executive Chef Juan Carlos Gutierrez's menu features a variety of creative and flavorful dishes, from tacos and ceviches to hummus and carne asada. The menu is designed to share and encourage guests to try a variety of flavors. The bar program, curated by beverage director Lance Bowman, boasts an extensive selection of mezcal, tequila, whiskey, and other spirits, along with a variety of craft beers and cocktails.     went here before a show at thalia hall. our reservation was at 5:30 and the show started at 8, so I figured we’d have plenty of time. unfortunately it took the server so long to bring our check (we had to ask multiple times) that we almost missed the beginning of the show

    The actual ala cart tacos were about 4 inches. My husband got 3 and had to eat when he got home. The queso shell pork tacos were average taste. I went for the burger that is suppose to rival best in the city. No chance. It’s a smash burger. Good pickles. Burnt bun. Small meat that didnt fill it. Frozen fries. Server was great. Employees amazing personalities . The patio looked beautiful although we were sat inside. I hope it figures the food out because the vibe was great but for food alone i would choose elsewhere

    LOVED my first trip to Pilsen Yards. From the moment we walked in the door the energy of that place was an amazing. We were there on a Saturday night and they had an amazing DJ. Not sure if that is only on weekends. Service was great, food was excellent. Can't recommend it enough!

    It was ok. Service is always excellent, however the food has changed, unfortunately it lacked taste/quality.
