By choosing to import directly from seafood and lobster fisheries that practice sustainable fishing methods, Pince & Pints is dedicated in working with these fisheries to ensure the lobster population in particular is robust and healthy. All our lobsters are wild-caught and air-flown directly from the Atlantic Coast; they are transported to a state-of-the-art facility, and stored in a conducive environment before they are delivered in prime condition to our restaurants.

60+ SGD for lobsters just shows how deluded the dining scene in Singapore is. If this stall were in downtown, maybe. But this was the East Coast. Could not justify paying the prices they were asking. Had the set lunch instead. Seafood pasta. Think was 30+ dollars with a drink and sorbet. Came with 1 lobster claw which was frozen and thawed at best. Glad I decided not to splurge and go for the lobster mains. If they did their lobster rolls or whole lobsters at about 40-50 SGD, it would probably be a decent dining experience. Also 18 SGD for a pint of beer on tap is daylight robbery. Best reason not to have a drink. Pity the is called Pince and PINTS
