PINE CONE RIDGE
Our newest restaurant and bar concept established in 2022 created by restaurateur Bill White, serving elevated contemporary American cuisine on historical Main Street in Park City, Utah. Our menu focuses on farm fresh ingredients, thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Gudrun Thorne-Thomsen, and a variety of craft cocktails and extensive wine lists from around the globe. A reimagined dining room surrounded by nuances of Americana artwork, emerald green tufted booths, Brazilian hardwood flooring, and a one of a kind ambiance and service. This new experience is ready to envelop you!

Welcome, Sundance 2025 Guests! We are thrilled to offer a special Prix Fixe Menu to elevate your festival experience. This exclusive two-course menu includes: Choice of Appetizer, Soup, or Salad. One Entrée. Reservation Policy: To provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests, a $25 per person fee will apply for "no-call, no-show" reservations. If your plans change, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. We can’t wait to serve you during this unforgettable Sundance season!

We had an amazing meal last night. We were a party of 6 and we had 5 different entrees that we all raved about. The feta puff pastry appetizer was outstanding. Our service from Rachel was excellent. Timely and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Chef Gudrun is so passionate and caring about the food she makes, prepare to be amazed. From simple to complex, it is all beyond delicious. Coupled with great ambiance and terrific service, it's THE place to have dinner at!

Pine Cone Ridge is a gem among the Bill White Restaurant Chain. We started with the Baked Feta appetizer which was delicious and just the right amount to begin the evening along with Manhattan cocktails. My wife then had the salmon entry from a sustainable farm in Canada and I had the sea bass. Both entrees were excellent with a nice presentation and delicious sides. The servers were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable regarding menu items. We really enjoy Bill White’s restaurants and will add Pine Cone Ridge to our local neighborhood list.

Great host offer seating in large bar area which was much quieter than the main dining. Very thoughtful. Bar has both main dining and bar menu. Everyone chose some apps, bartender was amazing when offering drinks and menu options. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience wining & dining! Tess was amazing, the food was delicious! When we get back to PC, we WILL come back! The bar area looked so welcoming also, may have to dine in there next time!

Food was perfection. We had sea bass and lamb. Very good. The sides formed a unique flavor profile. We are planning to return soon.

Honestly, this may be new fave of the Bill White Resto’s! “Lily” the hostess was a gem and super welcoming, our server Kaitlin was wonderful and had solid wine recommendations… but let’s cut to the chase, the food was fanf*ckingtastic! I was blown away. Seriously. I’m a bit of a foodie having lived on both coasts, and the delicious meal tonight was comparable to best! Can’t wait to go back… if you are torn on which way to go with the menu, get the seabass, you’ll be in gastronomic heaven 😊

Food was delicious, but it’s definitely on the pricey side. Service was excellent. There were two customers at the next table over complaining very loudly about everything imaginable, which detracted from our dining experience. The staff was gracious and tried hard to satisfy them, but it seemed they were unhappy even before they tried anything. I don’t blame the staff for the customers’ complaining, but the restaurant was mostly empty and these two were seated right next to us when they could easily have been seated a few tables away from anyone else in the restaurant.

Sasha took amazing care of us as always. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Alyssa greeted us as we walked in at the hostess stand with a huge smile and we felt very welcome. Food was amazing as always! Seabass my #1 choice…..ooooh and the spicy clam app a must!!!

Seems like a good idea to lock the back door so customers don’t exit there. For everyone else in that area, the blast of cold air is not pleasant and it might some people the idea to dine and dash.
