Front of house hostess was very rude. Started with an attitude as soon as we walked in. Waiter was excellent and did his best to smooth things out. Food just mediocre

We arrived for our reservation in the middle of Santacon, not realizing the restaurant was hosting all these drinking santas. We were sent upstairs and had to try to get to a table. Twice we stopped as we were being pushed from all sides to get through the crowd at the bar and questioned if we should leave. The hostess assured me it was better at the table. She led us through the kitchen and we finally got to a table. It was quieter and didn’t have people pushing and shoving so we stayed. We were glad we stayed as the food was really good. Salads, tacos, taco bowls were all great. I would go back another time but would be sure it wasn’t a crazy bar time. Drinks were not liked by our crew. Service was lacking and I guess it was the bar crowd but for the food would go again.

We had a 5:30 reservation and were sat promptly, it took 15 minutes to get noticed once we were sat and I had to flag down a waitress for menus and water. A different waitress took our drink orders and after waiting some time and checking menus in our phones our waitress finally came. She then brought us the wrong food. The food was all amazing and the drinks were great too.

Great food. Friendly service. Even though it’s in the heart of Times Square and we expected a tourist trap, IT WASNT!! it was really good. I wanted to stay and try more things off the menu. We’ll definitely come back.

This was a disappointing experience. We got there at 5:15 for a 5:30 resy and despite there being available seating they made us wait until exactly 5:30. We ordered two cocktails, both of which were wrong and then asked for the right cocktail for which we got charged for the wrong one and the correct one. They gave us the wrong food, we started eating not realizing it was incorrect and then they kept trying to take it back when we said we will just replace our order with the food we already started. It took five times of asking for the check for us to get it, we asked another waitress for it and our original waitress chewed her out on the floor in front of other customers. Several minutes later she appeared with a check charging us for the incorrect drinks. Horrible horrible horrible service. I never leave bad reviews but would not recommend this place AT ALL.

One of the best meals I had while in NYC. Everything we had was fabulous. Service was great and such a fun place to eat.

I was disappointed that they decided to limit express lunch to only on Tuesday so I had no choice but to order from regular menu. My server was excellent but food value not met. Grilled vegetables too oily and needs more varieties than just filler squashes and onions.
