Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

Definitely not my favorite Vanderpump restaurant in Vegas. The drinks were good and the food was just ok. The black paper napkins left our hands black. If you need the restroom you have to walk through the Flamingo casino, which is very dirty and smokey. The restaurant is beautiful, but I do not see myself returning to Pinky’s. Vanderpump Paris and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden are MUCH better!!

It was great!!!! We love the original Vanderpumps so we had to try Pinkeys!!! It was amazing. Only complaint is that it is Berry loud Music!!

My wife and I went there for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. We can’t give it enough stars and we will definitely go back. The staff and the food were fantastic!

What a wonderful start to a Saturday, brunch was amazing. My sister and I enjoyed our food and the impeccable service was top notch thanks to Kyra and Miguel. And the Bloody Mary was just everything and you had me at tater tots. I can’t wait to return, thank you !!

I love Vanderpump restaurants - I’ve been lucky enough to to try all of them so far (Wolf is stunning!), so was super excited about Pinky’s! It’s so beautiful, the decor & ambience was perfect as always, sadly the service was soooo slow, drinks took 40 mins & food even longer - we wanted to stay for espresso martinis & dessert, but the slow service put us off - our server & all staff were lovely, super friendly & happy, the food was amazing too, so it’s a real shame! We’d love to return to give it another go & hopefully the service speed will have improved.

This was possibly the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The maître d was amazing, the wait staff was so good. I highly recommend this amazing eatery.

We ordered 3 appetizers and they were all very good! I have allergies and I asked for no garnish on our food. I clearly asked for nothing green to be added. Everything was served with raw, green weeds thrown on top. But I easily removed them and ate the food anyway. I would return to this restaurant.

The restaurant and decor was spectacular. Food and drinks were not worth the price we paid. Overall, experience was not worthy of 5 stars.
