Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

We had a great time. It was a little cozy date night for our last night in town. Our Waitress was the perfect amount of fun and engaged, while giving us privacy. And the Daddy Issue drink was perfect to set the tone of the evening.

The restaurant is very classy, chic while comfy and cozy at the same time. The menu is very eclectic and a nice size to order different ones to share. The pull apart bread is definitely a winner! Great drink and cocktail choices. My next visit I will want to try one of the desserts!

Get the birdcage charcuterie, you will not be disappointed! Nick our server was the absolute best, definitely securing this spot as our new Vegas favorite! Every detail was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful setting! Delicious food! There were just 2 of us so we were sat at a table between the bar and a large table with about 8 people. Itc was a bit of a bummer to feel like we were in the middle of a walk way and kind of on display. Had hopes for a more intimate setting but still very much enjoyed our visit.

The ambiance is a 12/10, it is absolutely stunning, as every seat is the best seat in the house. We sat in the atrium which was all glass and viewed the strip; but the strip is the last thing you noticed/payed attention to with the aesthetic of the restaurant. The food is delicious but it is small plates so we got a few to share. We ordered drinks with appetizers and the appetizers arrived first, which I was surprised by. The waitress apologized for the wait on the drinks. We did go to celebrate a special occasion, that was noted in the online reservation. When we arrived the host also inquired about a special occasion which we confirmed with him. Outside of the congratulatory salutation, there wasn’t much done beyond that, that made it a truly special occasion, which was slightly disappointing.

Experience , food , service and view were all excellent. Music could be toned down, a little loud for conversation between more than two people.

This place is gorgeous. We had the deviled eggs they were amazing. I do recommend. The drinks could be considered pricey to some but worth. They were definitely tasty. We received great service from start to finish. I will definitely be back.
