Pinky's Pizza and Whiskey Bar is a quirky and rustic establishment that serves artisanal pizzas and a wide selection of whiskey. There are varieties from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Jim Beam and 1972 distilleries. Pinky's Pizza and Whiskey Bar is good for small to large groups, dates, special occasions or just a night out on the town.Guests can fully customize their Pinky's pizzas from start to finish with one, two or unlimited toppings. Starting with either a marinara or an arugula almond pesto sauce, patrons can move on to the cheese with choices like fresh mozzarella, cheddar, goat cheese or ricotta. Other toppings range from pepperoni and prosciutto to Italian sausage and bacon. There are plenty of vegetable and fruit toppings as well. Try the basil, garlic, bell peppers, serrano peppers, kale or mushrooms. If you want something a little sweet, add some pineapple, figs or apples.
