I had high hopes for this place. Our fist visit was to Sunday brunch. The food was good and the quality of the options was notably good. The assortment was very odd, not your traditional breakfast inspired options this was literally a few breakfast food items and a few lunch items. The fresh omlettes and waffles were great. It is a self service buffet but overall the service was good. Moderately priced and as mentioned quality food. Having said that based on the limited options I will not be returning for brunch. Decided to come back for dinner and bowling with the family. The front door staff is excellent they are welcoming and quickly get you going in the direction you need to be going, this place is big. We arrived and were sat at our table. The server was very nice and friendly and helped us with a few recommendations. After taking our order we never saw her again, literally. 3 salads and two rare/raw ahi tuna orders.....almost 30 minutes later nothing. We asked a staff member walking by for a manager please, shortly after a woman approached us asking how she can help. She went to find out what happened and returned to tell us there was a group event upstairs. Finally the food arrived. Two of the silverware rolls had dirty/spotted linens (remember this place is brand new) The food tasted good, the meal was great. 'Manager' never came back. Nobody. Nothing. We had bowling reservations for after (which was fun) We had finished for quite some time , all plates stull there. So we just got up and went to the front area, told them the situation and asked them to just bring me my bill and will pay for it with the bowling. The new bowling server brought me all the receipts and i paid the tab. No apology no explanation (other than having an event upstairs is somehow ruins the restaurants ability to function fully) Will not return for free for the dining. We enjoyed bowling but its much easier to just go to Kings.
