Bienvenidos a PintxoPote! (pronounced 'pincho potay') a pintxos (tapas) bar offering a dining experience showcasing the range of traditional flavors typical of the Basque country in Northern Spain. Here, you will be transported to the world's most acclaimed culinary region: the seaside resort of San Sebastián, a region whose cuisine is distinguished by the excellence of the ingredients and the simplicity in cooking techniques.

    Lets start of by saying this is not the place to go if you're staving. This is the place to go if you want savory flavor bombs and amazing service. You won't leave full, but you will leave more than satisfied. 10 out of 10, recommend it!

    The food and wine was wonderful! We ordered almost every tapas on the menu. Fresh and delectable. The service was outstanding. A non-pretentious restaurant with warm and welcoming owners. First time at this restaurant on a holiday, so only bar seating was available. Being one of the first diners it was pretty quiet when we arrived. As the evening progressed everything livened up. Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to returning soon.

    In looking for a local “Spanish” tapas, I found PintxoPote. What a delightful surprise to have a type of tapas or small bites of Basque origin as opposed to typical Spanish tapas, which there are other restaurants nearby offering that. Their dishes were unique and delicious. All were prepared on the spot. It is obvious that the owner and staff take pride in the food they serve, and the manner in which it is served. The wine selection is also very good and pairs as well with the foods offered. For a unique boutique experience. I definitely suggest trying this restaurant. We will definitely return!

    This place is amazing. Great wine selection, wonderful food. Tortilla de patatas beats one in Madrid. Amazing personal touch. Also, unlike any other place in Los Gatos, very quiet, the best choice for meeting with friends
