Pipis Kiosk is a beachside bistro serving up a menu that champions Australian seafood and vegetables.

Awarded one hat in The Age Good Food Guide since its opening in 2021, the restaurant is a quintessential Melbourne experience.

    We had such a great meal here. It is a beautiful setting on the beach and the food was so good. We were there for a special occasion and tried a lot of the menu and every dish was delicious and presented so well- simple but beautiful. The pipi’s pasta, a fig and stracciatella entree and the steak were standouts.

    Staff were lovely, Luca was a great waiter in particular. Food was delicious and cooked really well, my only issue was I found the portion sizes quite small for the price. We normally like to share when we go out but I feel all of the menu is designed to have a starter/main etc per person and sharing wouldn't really fill you. Grateful to the staff for the birthday dessert, appreciated and yum.

    I had heard good things about this restaurant so was looking forward to my dining experience. I’m sorry to say we were really disappointed. Cost was indicative of a hatted restaurant, yet fell far short in flavour, quality & quantity. Oysters are $7 each ( plus a Sunday surcharge) They were the tiniest I’ve ever had with no flavour. The outside terrace whilst touted as cozy & heated had massive draughts, granted it was a windy day but that’s what Melbourne can be! The decor out there also needs an upgrade inline with the prices. The service was friendly but lacked attention to detail. In short if you’re going to charge top dollar you need to match up all areas of the dining experience. Sorry, you asked so I’m giving my honest feedback. I was so looking forward to it and it fell way short of expectations.

    Food was very fresh. I went because of their Instagram advertising and the stuff we wanted wasn’t on menu which was disappointing.
