    We had an incredible experience at the grand opening on Nov 2nd. Luckily they were able to accommodate our group of 10 during the biggest holiday in San Miguel de Allende. The indoor and outdoor space is stunning especially the huge bar, fireplace, and water fountain. We even had a good view of the fireworks next to the church without fighting the crowd. Our main server (Antonio), sommelier, and team provided excellent service the entire night. The food was creative like art, all ingredients were fresh, and very delicious. They use 100% Mexican ingredients, source from local producers, and is committed to sustainability which we love. We have been to a lot of Michelin star restaurants in Europe and America. They deserve a Michelin recognition and we hope they get it soon. We highly recommend anyone visiting. Salud to the chef and all the staff. Bravo and muchas gracias.
