  In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before. 

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

                                                SO. DELICIOUS. Honestly. Best Peruvian I’ve had in the city. Seafood perfectly cooked. Dishes seasoned well with very balanced flavours. Fave dish of the night had to be the mussels in this very flavourful yellow broth. Had to stop myself from just shoving my whole face in the bowl. Loved, loved, loved every single bite.

                                                I can't say enough good things about the experience. It was a quiet night, Service was outstanding. Cocktails to start were beautifully made and delicious, with Pisco being the alcohol of choice for most of their cocktail menu. Had Anticuchos and their Ceviche Mixto for apps, and they were fantastic. Beef medallions cooked perfectly, wonderfully seasoned with an aji verde on the side for dipping. The Ceviche was incredible as well, flavourful and perfect spice level Mains were all magnificent, I had the duck breast which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice pairing with the duck had beautiful texture, flavourful, spicy and rich. Can't wait to go back.

                                                Everything was great. This is my second visit, first for my friend. We enjoyed everything. The octopus was exceptional and hard to find done right. It is done right here.

                                                Really beautiful food. Order the ceviche/all of the ceviches!! Portion sizes were large and service was attentive! You can't go wrong!

                                                Delicious food. Waiter explained it all. Service was good. Food came hot and in a timely manner. We will go back.

                                                Pisac is an excellent restaurant. From the first time I visited with a group of friends, I have been going back many times to introduce my friends from different nationalities to the real Peruvian food. The service is excellent and accommodating.
