Service, Service, Service. We just wanted some water, but the waitress and manager on duty would just walk by without asking if there was anything that we wanted. We ordered a 2nd glass of wine and we had to ask about it after 15 minutes before they told us they didn't have any more of that kind, but then they didn't ask us if we wanted any other. We had to ask them if for the wine list to pick another kind. Once we ordered a different wine that was a lower price, they still charged us the higher price wine. Food was good, but the service doesn't make the price worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pisco Gastrobar, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight! I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, Jhoa. She knew about our 10-year anniversary and made our visit even more special by surprising us with a delicious salted caramel cheesecake! Jhoa was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. I highly recommend Pisco Gastrobar to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Can't wait to come back for another unforgettable dining experience!

Thank you to Manuel, the bartender, for an exceptional experience! He prepared the best Pisco Sour we’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Beyond his mixology skills, Manuel was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, making our visit truly memorable. The food was also incredible—every dish was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

My wife suggested this place for a date nite out without kids. Was highly impressed by the ambiance fun and attractive. Had reservations which i would recommend if your dining later evening . We started with a cocktail both delicious and presented if your an old fashioned guy like myself you may find their twist on the old fashioned to be delightful( hint has Campari). We started with their classic ceviche( mixed) with toastones . Again presentation was spot on and not only does it look good it’s probably some of the best ceviche I’ve had in a long time. Both of us chose a main( delicious and filling , I had the duck with fried rice) but you could totally share a few starters. Lots of choices ( Peruvian with fusion of Chinese and Japanese) so lots of options and all looked and sounded an amazing . Juan are server did an excellent job with recommending a few items and his attention to our needs were we’ll meet. All the staff we encounter were excellent! My wife and I enjoyed our meal and definitely will be back again !
