PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

Amazing food! You know a restaurant knows what they’re doing when salad and baguettes are scrumptious! Our mussels and branzino were delicious too, as was our crème brûlée!!

Always enjoy dining here. We had a great table..indoor/outdoor. Food always good..service was slow this evening. Perfect start to an evening at Kravis Center.

Hamburgers were cooked exactly as ordered. Very good as were the French fries- a really enjoyable late afternoon respite. Pear Martini a very good choice.

Food is only delicious when cooked properly. Everything at Pistache is perfect. Eating there is always an enjoyable experience. Dessert is also quite tasty.

All was great but the music got to be too loud. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything, including the croissants sent over to us because we had to wait too long for the main course to come out. Always enjoy your restaurant!

We had a wonderful time at Pistache celebrating New Years Eve! The food, music and dancing were perfect for the occasion and Champagne was served all around to toast the New Year. Christian, the General Manager is always ever present to ensure an amazing dining experience!!
